What’s inside the Autumn Club?
Bethany-led full video Workouts
Get access to a new workout every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday led by Bethany through each rep. Videos are always full-length timed workouts paced to the beat of music, and run for around 25 minutes.

This private community has been a game-changer for club members. While it is optional to join the new Autumn Club Instagram group, it is where the magic of the club is found. According to past members from the Summer Club, they were more likely to push play on each workout because of the positive & uplifting comments within the group cheering each other on.
The best thing is that it’s a private account, making it feel safe and a place that many find as a chance to share positive mindsets and personal challenges with the group. New friendships are formed here that move from season to season.
Made for Every experience level
While Bethany is a certified personal trainer, these workouts are designed exclusively by industry-leading trainer, Ben Crosswhite, who has over 15 years of experience. He knows how to train for all fitness levels, whether you have been working out for years or just starting out.
Both beginner and advanced movements will be provided when needed throughout the program. Women from every age and experience level have taken Leo Sculpt.
Stream Anytime on all devices
All the workouts can be streamed-on-demand from your phone, tablet, laptop or even cast to your TV! While each class is posted MWF by 12am Eastern, you can access them through August 2025. So if anything comes up or you start late, it’s totally fine. With that said, if you’re looking for accountability to stay consistent, you’ll find that in the Instagram group. Many have said this one factor helped them finish to a program for the first time in their life!

Autumn can be a tricky time to stay focused on wellness goals (e.g. Halloween candy, pumpkin spice lattes, cozy pot pies), and we want to facilitate healthy ways you can celebrate the tastes, scents, and beautiful experiences that are only found in my favorite season of the year!
This season’s club will have weekly emails with a breakdown of the workouts in the coming week, healthy autumn recipes, links to favorite fitness apparel, small challenges to push you further to your goals, plus motivational thoughts and helpful tips. By the end of the club, you can look back on this time and see all of your advancements you’ve made in your health both physically & mentally.

The "Isometrics" phase will ignite our deeper core muscles. We will aim to strengthen our pelvic floor, which helps alleviate pelvic pain and control the bladder. It can also lead to better sex according to the National Library of Medicine.
We will also target a muscle called the transverse abdominis in order to resolve lower back pain & improve posture. Strengthening these muscles can stabilize our spine and pelvis, improve balance, and prevent most injuries.
Using only bands for the first week, we will be able to focus on proper activation while improving your form. We will advance to an easy to follow range of dumbbells the second week.
We will use a form of exercise called isometrics (aka dynamic tension training) that engages deeper core muscles. This phase will incorporate a repetition failure of around 60-80% followed by static training for a minimum of 15 seconds per exercise.

Phase 2 is the “Bedrock”. Even if someone is an athlete with a six-pack, they can still lack core stability. This stability goes beyond the front-facing ab muscles and works into the abdominal wall, glutes and thighs. We will create a rock hard core, which will lessen muscle imbalances and misalignments that eventually could wreak havoc on your fitness goals and quality of life. Beyond the core, these two weeks will provide a great full-body workout and remain low-impact.
It will also add more neuromuscular control. This ultimately boosts metabolism to burn fat. We'll continue with full body workouts creating cardio throughout the circuit. We're aiming to activate as many muscles as possible. This helps the heart to pump oxygen to those muscle groups. The tempo and rest times will stay similar, while the exercises intensify.

During the "Synergist" phase, we can sculpt a beautiful and feminine strength. We will also see ourselves as more powerful, as we not only will create force through our primary muscles, but also develop the “synergist” muscles that assist the primaries. Each synergistic muscle is important for strength and preventing injuries. This is also how we can be stronger without developing too much bulk. The exercises in this segment will allow for patterns of movement that recruit all these muscles to work together. We will give cues and tips to create a healthier and preventive future.

This "Emergence" phase will allow you to reflect on how far you have come. We will add static tension at the end of every exercise allows for maximum output of energy and activation without having to do countless reps. All movements will still be controlled and slow, focusing on this season’s goals of adding core stability, balance and injury prevention.

Program FAQ’s

All you’ll need for the first week are some mini bands, which are very cheap and easy to get. They are also perfect if you will be traveling.
It’s also great if you have a mat or a soft clean surface where you can squat and be able to lay down.
As we build our strength in the coming weeks, we will just be using some basic dumbbells, ones you might already own. I’ll be using 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5 and 15 lb dumbbells (1kg-7kg), but you don’t need to have all of those. I’ll also provide links to everything inside the program.

You can visit this website, Leosculpt.com, at any point and visit the Login link in the top right corner of the site. From there, you will see the program that you purchased and its contents broken down by each week.
Access to the Instagram community will be available after purchase with instructions on how to request to join.

The Autumn Club is for beginners as well as returning club members who have finished the previous program. We will provide alternative moves to cover different levels of strength. As the goals and movements of the Autumn Club are to grow in strength and stability for our deep core muscles, there will naturally be less high impact this phase, but the movements will still be a good challenge.
Ben’s 15 years of training have given him discernment on exercises suited for different fitness levels. If you want an even heavier workout you can up the resistance band strength or dumbbell weight.

With that said, we have learned that everyone has different needs in this area as well as varying relationships with food, so there will not be an overemphasis on this subject. -
Full video workouts will release to club members exclusively for the defined weeks every Monday Wednesday and Friday starting at 12am eastern time that day. They last anywhere between 20 and 30 minutes so they are super convenient and can be completed whenever is best for you.
