MY TRAINER & PROGRAM CREATOR

Ben Crosswhite

Ben Crosswhite graduated with his bachelors in biology studying pre-med. Adopting fitness as a hobby at the young age of 9 he quickly became known as the fitness guru of his high school ultimately leading him to the field of personal training instead of medical school like his earlier intentions.

Ben began as an official personal trainer in college and soon rose to become the head trainer for the university fitness department. Soon after college Ben opened his own training studio, Crosswhite Athletic Club, and quickly became known as the “go-to” trainer for getting results within the central and southwest VA.

Over the years he has worked with pro athletes, division 1 college players, multiple miss USA girls, as well as several celebrities.

In 2016 Ben began working with one of the top neurosurgeons in the world, Dr. Dilan Ellegala, training the majority of his back patients post surgery including PGA superstar Kevin Chappell. Soon after working with Ben, Chappell went on to become 1 of only 10 golfers to ever score a 59 on the PGA tour.

Ben studied spine fitness for the next several years as well as scrubbing in with Dr. Ellegala for 6 months to fully understand the spine. Ben is now known as one of the leading spine fitness experts within the fitness industry.

In 2019 Ben began working with Christina Thompson who went on to win Miss Virginia and then became top 16 in the Miss USA pageant.

Other than women’s fitness and spine health, Ben says his main passions in life are his Christian faith and beautiful family.
