To make Leo Sculpt, Bethany Leonardo teamed up with her industry-leading trainer, Ben Crosswhite, who has worked with multiple Miss USA contestants, celebrities, and pro athletes. Ben meticulously planned the workouts in this program to reflect the health and body aesthetic goals that his female clients generally request.

With this program, you can follow the exercises that Ben instructed Bethany to do since the first day of her fitness journey. Even six months into Bethany's training, the workouts still bring a challenge. Ben also included beginner alternative exercises where needed to help build strength, making them accessible to all fitness levels.

Downloadable PDF Guide

Get access to a new easy-to-follow workout guide every Monday. You will be moving your body three days a week with rest days between. Each exercise within the guide includes detailed images and video examples of proper form and what to focus on. All you need is a mat, a few bands, some light dumbbells and a jumprope.

Video Lessons

Each week also comes with extra video lessons covering nutritional guidelines such as recommended food, macros & calories that helped fuel Bethany’s dramatic transformation.

Exclusive Podcast

The program includes an exclusive 40 minute video podcast episode between Bethany and Ben, discussing the most common questions asked by women starting their fitness journey and misconceptions that new clients might have. Ben gives professional advice on hydration, nutrition, and the science behind the exercises that makes them effective.

  • There are three phases to the program. Ben called the first phase “The Flush,” where the workouts target stability muscles through isometric and eccentric movements. He incorporated a higher volume allowing more flushing of toxins as well as driving nutrients into the skeletal muscle.  Those who have completed week 1 wrote us about how AMAZING they started to feel!

    In week one our goal is just to get you comfortable with the workouts and learn the mindset that we embrace as part of the Leo Sculpt community that will help you with this new chapter. As a bonus, watch an exclusive video podcast where Ben answers common questions regarding workouts and diet that he regularly answers as a trainer.

    Possibly the biggest leap Bethany made with fitness is how it's improved her mental health. Creativity, mood, optimism, feeling capable. She'll share her mindset tricks on how to stay motivated to consistently work out, and the habits she mastered that keep her in shape.

  • In week two of “The Flush” phase, Ben has his clients repeating the workouts from last week with the goal being to get familiar and BETTER at them, while continuing to flush toxins. You might find this round that you are able to finish things a bit faster, move with more confidence, and even feel a bit less sore the second week around.

    Our main focus in week two’s content is a deep dive into nutrition. While week one’s video podcast covered some initial thoughts on how to fuel your body through what we eat, this week covers shopping for groceries, tracking meals, staying hydrated, and the supplements we take. We also share an informative article from Ben covering macros, food examples, and the scientific reasoning behind it for fueling our bodies as we get stronger.

    For the purpose of Leo Sculpt, of sculpting the hero in you, of being a lioness, you’re going to need to fuel your body. We’re not aiming for being afraid of things. We’re not afraid of food. And so this week’s bonus material will be centered around how Bethany fuels her body and what Ben teaches his clients about nutrition which has lead them to some amazing results.

  • The next phase of the program is called “The Primer.” Here, Ben adds supersets, which repeatedly work a group of muscles and use similar movements. He also decreases the cardio section within each circuit compared to weeks 1 & 2. He also enhances the macro breakdown to match the workouts in this phase.

    As bonus content, Bethany shares her fitness clothing and style tips, which are usually what people skip on the most in their wardrobe. By following these tips, the goal is to help you feel superhuman during your tough workouts, and dress for confidence with brand recommendations and more.

  • By week four, something really cool starts to happen...It means that you are forming a habit. If you can do something for a month, your new habit could be a new lifelong love. Even one day an obsession.

    Week 4 is the second week of the Primer phase that Ben created, so the workouts are ones you are familiar with from week 3, and pay attention to how much better you do them this time around. Probably compared to week 1 there are some improvements you notice this week. Your body might be more prepared for everything you’re asking it to do. Even counting reps and rounds becomes therapeutic like a yoga session. It really can feel like “me time” just to focus on breathing and movements.

    For the bonus content this week, Bethany reviews her recommended fitness shoes & accessories. If you’re going to invest in one thing, make it what you put on your feet. This is especially true for fitness, because nice shoes go beyond looks and of course support your ability to perform well at specific activities.

  • Welcome to the final phase of Leo Sculpt called “The Finisher.” The workouts in weeks 5 and 6 are… well they’re just what you’d expect, they are quite a strength builder! Ben designed these next two weeks to have Mondays and Wednesdays working the front and back of the body with cardio finishers mixed in, and the next two Fridays are full body workouts.

    This week Bethany shares makeup products and her skincare routine to feel her best during tough sweaty workouts. Just like with the concept of dressing the part for these workouts, skincare is one more way to build confidence before and after a gym session.

  • Welcome to the final week of the Leo Sculpt program. Week 6 is part two of the finisher phase, where two of the workouts are prioritizing the front and the back of the body, and the last workout is a timed session where we move from one exercise to the next with rests in between. By now you have an understanding of your macro breakdown and calorie range, and are feeling better as a result.

    Once you complete this week’s workouts, you are an official graduate of Leo Sculpt. You are welcome to repeat the six weeks again. You’ll likely continue to see improvements in your form and athleticism with practice, as I did.

    Revisit the mentality notes from week one and see if this weekly practice of diet and exercise and embracing power, love, and self-discipline instead of fear has changed your outlook, possibly in every area of your life. While we provide tips to track progress, Leo Sculpt is entirely self-guided, as in, absolutely zero comparison as we each are on our own journey.

The best time for new beginnings is now.

I've been there, girl. Even with the best of intentions, life gets busy and we have other people that we love who need our help and our time. But maybe in this small portion of our day we can become stronger for those who depend on us...not only physically stronger, but focus on building our confidence and our mentality. If we can finish an exercise, an exercise turns into a workout, and if we can finish a workout, a workout turns into a full week of workouts. When we show up for ourselves consistently, we can walk in confidence that we make the promises we keep to ourselves. And that one small exercise we started with ends up making us examples for others in our lives.

So are we all still busy? Of course. But maybe by scheduling in some time on your daily calendar for a workout that you can take at any point in your day will help. And this time you have a plan written by a professional that can take that super valuable time you have to work out and use it efficiently toward results.

I was in your shoes when I sat in Ben's office for the first time, and I asked him for the most efficient way forward since I've tried every app and diet plan out there on my own. I bought every piece of expensive equipment and paid for lots of subscriptions. But I was ready for his expertise because like you, my time was so valuable.

The promises we make to ourselves are sacred, and it's time to show up for ourselves in honor of those we serve in our day so we can be strong enough to hold them up.

Program FAQ’s

  • For the home program: a mat or soft surface, and two coffee mugs or light dumbbells. We also recommend a jumprope, a foam roller, and using some mini bands. Here are my recommendations for the home program.

  • You can visit this website, Leosculpt.com, at any point and visit the Login link in the top right corner of the site. From there, you will see the program that you purchased and its contents broken down by each week.

  • Ben’s 14 years of training have given him discernment on exercises suited for different fitness levels. Personally, the exercises that Ben created in these programs are ones that he had me do since the beginning. While I was recording the workouts for this, they still were excellent as a challenge. Keep in mind that we offer alternative exercises when applicable, and if you want a heavier workout you can up the resistance band strength or dumbbell weight, for example.

  • While we know everyone has unique sensitivities to the foods they eat and avoid, the program offers guidelines on macros and calories pertaining to each week’s fitness objectives. Ben and I also taped a video podcast discussing nutrition and how it ties into training.

  • The home and gym programs each include three workouts a week, allowing for rest days in between. The programs are written for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but can be done on your schedule.

  • As soon as you join you will have access to everything. Workouts are scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for six weeks, but you can begin whenever you like and work out on whichever days suit your schedule.

  • While there is new content to watch throughout each of the six weeks, this program is self-paced in order to fit within your day. Not only does this help everyone with busy schedules, but this online community is global, so 1-on-1 and group sessions are not feasible for everyone. Please let us know if this is something that you would be interested in as you finish the program.
